KaDeWe is only 5 minutes away and Nollendorfplaz metro station 3 minutes away. Do to its position, you can travel very easy everywhere in the city.
Nearby are a lot of bars , restaurants and shops.
House Rules: smoking is allowed only on the balcony, no parties allowed, you'll have to keep quiet after 10 p.m.
