Autostrada A14, exit Bari Nord, after the tollbooth, take the bypass. After about 1 km, take the ss del Sole Bari – Brindisi – Lecce.
- By air
Brindisi airport
At the Grande Salento Brindisi airport take the shuttle to reach Lecce. Then go to the railroad station and use the Sud Est line, Lecce – Gagliano (via Novoli) to reach Tuglie.
