This area is ideal for touring Northern Tasmania. Cradle mountain is a pleasant day trip, as is the Tamar Valley & wineries. Driving in north Tasmania is delightful- "far from the madding crowd" & there are many beautiful beaches & national parks dotted around.
Directions by car, In kings meadows main street turn at the traffic lights between Dimmeys & Woolworths. Coming in via bus no. 50 from St Johns street across from the side of Myers store. Ask for woolworths Kings meadows (10 minutes)
